Jerome daley

Jerome Daley is an executive coach, retreat leader, and spiritual trainer who is passionate about helping men and women thrive in their inner lives and outer leadership. With 30 years in people development, Jerome strengthens leaders in the journey toward true identity and vocational calling.

Making his home in the mountains of North Carolina, he and his wife Kellie are parents of three grown children. His great delights are taking spiritual retreats, drinking good wine, backpacking in the mountains, and playing with his grandson.

experience

Jerome spent his early years in banking and real estate before shifting toward personal growth and development with a 10-year stint in church leadership. Following a year-long sabbatical in the mountains of Colorado, he spent the next four years as a full-time writer. Jerome is the author of 10 books, which you can find online.

In 2005 Jerome founded Thrive 9 where he works with Christian-led businesses, churches, and nonprofits. His specialties include the spiritual formation of a leader, culture-crafting, book publishing, and nonprofit board development. In 2007 Jerome co-founded and became Publisher of Christian Coaching Magazine.

Between 2007 - 2012 he served as Senior Advisor and Adjunct Faculty at the Center for Coaching Excellence, based in Minneapolis. From 2010 - 2013, Jerome partnered with Extraordinary! Inc. to deliver trainings and coaching to corporate clients along the East Coast.

In 2019 Jerome and Kellie opened several Airbnb properties, one of which they use as an intimate site for hosting spiritual retreats several times a year.

In 2021 Jerome and Kellie launched The Vining Center as a community to deepen intimacy with God in the contemplative tradition, recover from church hurt, and reclaim a more vital, inclusive spirituality.
