a retreat for men

This will be a gathering of 8 to 12 men with a focus upon rest and connection, alternating between structured times of intentional listening to God and one another… and unstructured times for solitude or fellowship.

when and where?

We will gather Thursday evening, May 28; if you can’t make it in that evening, join as early Friday morning as you can. We will leave by midday Sunday, May 31.

Location is John Freeman’s retreat house in Morganton, NC. The address itself will be sent to those who confirm.

what happens?

We will prepare and share meals together as well as sample a local restaurant or speakeasy. A short hike will give us some meaningful time outdoors to interact with creation together. The overall theme of this weekend is entering sacred space for God and one another.

what does it cost?

We request a donation of $145 to cover the costs of food, cleaning, and house use. You can contribute here. BYOB.
